Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris mengenai pengaruh penyertaan modal negara dan pertumbuhan aset terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi. Teknik purposive sampling digunakan dalam penelitian ini dalam pemilihan sampel. Rentang waktu dalam penelitian ini selama lima tahun, yaitu dari tahun 2018 hingga tahun 2022. Terdapat 11 perusahaan BUMN yang sesuai dengan kriteria pemilihan sampel dikalikan dengan 5 tahun pengamatan, sehingga total data penelitian sebanyak 55. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa teknik analisis, yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif; uji asumsi klasik yang mencakup: (1) uji normalitas, (2) uji multikolinearitas, dan (3) uji heterokedastisitas; uji regresi linear berganda; analisis regresi moderasi; uji hipotesis dengan uji t; uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, (1) penyertaan modal negara berpengaruh tehadap kinerja keuangan, (2) pertumbuhan aset berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan, (3) pengaruh penyertaaan modal negara terhadap kinerja keuangan tidak dimoderasikan oleh ukuran perusahaan, dan (4) pengaruh pertumbuhan aset terhadap kinerja keuangan tidak dimoderasikan oleh ukuran perusahaan. The purposive sampling technique was used in this study in selecting samples. The time span in this study is five years, from 2018 to 2022. There are 11 BUMN companies that match the sample selection criteria multiplied by 5 years of observation, so the total research data is 55. This study uses several analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistical analysis, the classic assumption test, which includes: (1) normality test, (2) multicollinearity test, and (3) heteroscedasticity test; multiple linear regression test; moderation regression analysis; hypothesis testing with the t test; and testing the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the findings of this study, (1) state capital participation affects financial performance, (2) asset growth affects financial performance, (3) the effect of state capital participation on financial performance is not moderated by company size, and (4) the effect of asset growth on financial performance is not moderated by company size.
