Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, growth, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan di sektor infrastruktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda pada data dari 46 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebagai metode penentuan sampel. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan infrastruktur periode 2019 - 2023. Analisis data ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah struktur modal memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, growth memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, growth, and company size on firm value in the infrastructure sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). By using multiple linear regression analysis on data from 46 companies. This study uses purposive sampling technique as a sample determination method. The data used in this study is secondary data, which comes from the financial statements of infrastructure companies for the period 2019 - 2023. The results of this study are capital structure has an influence on firm value, growth has an influence on firm value, and company size has an influence on firm value.
