Abstract
Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah salah satu model yang diterapkan dalam pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Islam Harapan Ibu dengan melibatkan secara aktif pemangku kepentingan,dimana semua proses pembelajaran yang ada dilingkungan sekolah sesuai dengan visi dan misi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan yang pertama menganalisis dan mengkaji bagaimana implementasi prinsip prinsip Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah di Sekolah Islam Harapan Ibu. Kedua merancang dan mengembangkan model konseptual Manajemen Berbasi Sekolah yang terintergrasi dengan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model studi multikasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, tata usaha, guru, siswa dan orang tua siswa dengan menggunakan purpose sampling. Data yang dilakukan melalui observasi, studi dokumen, dan pencatatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sekolah Islam Harapan Ibu sudah mengimplementasikan 6 aspek Manajemen Berbasis Sekolah dengan baik. School-Based Management is one of the models applied in character education at Harapan Ibu Islamic School, actively involving stakeholders where all learning processes within the school environment align with the organization's vision and mission. This study aims first to analyze and examine the implementation of the principles of School-Based Management at Harapan Ibu Islamic School. Second, to design and develop a conceptual model of School-Based Management integrated with character education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multicase study model. The subjects of this study are the principal, administrative staff, teachers, students, and parents, using purposive sampling. Data were collected through observation, document study, and recording. The results show that Harapan Ibu Islamic School has effectively implemented the six aspects of SchoolBased Management. The implementation of School-Based Management has proven effective in enhancing the quality of students' character education through role models, holistic and integrative learning elaborated in various school programs. Finally, a School-Based Management model was found at Harapan Ibu Islamic School that resulted in improved quality and governance of education in line with the school's vision and mission: "To become an educational institution that fosters students to become individuals with extensive knowledge and technology, and noble character based on the Quran and Hadith."
