Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi keberhasilan anak perempuan tanpa ayah (fatherless) dalam konteks tinjauan Core Self-Evaluation (CSE) yang positif di Panti Asuhan Intifa Ikhwaniyah Condet, Jakarta Timur. Pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi kasus digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan anak perempuan fatherless dalam Panti Asuhan Intifa Ikhwaniyah yang memiliki CSE positif dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor. Faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal seperti kondisi ekonomi, kelas sosial, peran pengasuhan panti asuhan, program dan layanan panti asuhan, interaksi sosial dengan lingkungan, dukungan teman sebaya, keyakinan akan belief bahwa penderitaan sebagai motivasi bertahan hidup, dan persepsi diri memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk CSE yang positif pada anak perempuan fatherless. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan perlunya perhatian yang lebih besar terhadap pengembangan CSE positif pada anak perempuan fatherless di panti asuhan. Kata Kunci: Core Self-Evaluation, Anak Perempuan Fatherless, Panti Asuhan ********** This study aims to explore the success of fatherless girls in the context of a positive Core Self-Evaluation (CSE) review at the Intifa Ikhwaniyah Orphanage, Condet, East Jakarta. A qualitative approach through case studies was used in this study with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participatory observation and documentation studies. The results showed that the success of fatherless girls in the Intifa Ikhwaniyah Orphanage who had positive CSE can be influenced by various factors. Internal and external factors such as economic conditions, social class, the role of orphanage, orphanage programs and services, social interaction with the environment, peer support, belief that suffering is a motivation for survival, and self-perception play an important role in shaping positive CSE in fatherless girls. The implications of this study suggest the need for greater attention to the development of positive CSE in fatherless girls in orphanages.
