Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan program Tong Sampah 3in1 yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Bank Sampah Nasio dalam upaya menangani sampah organik di Perumahan Bumi Nasio Indah. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengurus Bank Sampah Nasio dan partisipan program Tong Sampah 3in1. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pengelolaan program Tong Sampah 3in1 dalam upaya menagani sampah organik di Perumahan Bumi Nasio Indah terdiri dari (1) Perencanaan, terdiri dari latar belakang perencanaan program, penetapan tujuan, dan pengembangan rencana tindakan; (2) Pengorganisasian, terdiri dari penyusunan struktur organisasi, pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab, koordinasi, dan pemenuhan sumber daya; (3) Penggerakan, terdiri dari pemberian informasi, motivasi partisipasi, pelaksanaan program; (4) Pembinaan, terdiri dari pengawasan pelaksanaan, penyeliaan dan bimbingan; (5) Penilaian, terdiri dari pengumpulan data pelaksanaan dan evaluasi; (6) Pengembangan, terdiri dari perbaikan hasil evaluasi dan inovasi program. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan Program, Sampah Organik, Bank Sampah ***** This research aims to describe the management of the Tong Sampah 3in1 program carried out by the management of the Nasio Waste Bank in an effort to handle organic waste at the Bumi Nasio Indah Residence. The informants in this research were the administrators of the Nasio Waste Bank and participants of the Tong Sampah 3in1 program. The method used was a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research describe the management of the 3in1 Trash Can program in an effort to handle organic waste at the Bumi Nasio Indah Residence consisting of (1) Planning, consisting of program planning background, goal setting, and development of action plans; (2) Organizing, consisting of preparing the organizational structure, dividing tasks and responsibilities, coordinating and fulfilling resources; (3) Mobilization, consisting of providing information, motivating participation, implementing the program; (4) Coaching, consisting of implementation supervision, supervision and guidance; (5) Assessment, consisting of collecting implementation and evaluation data; (6) Development, consisting of improving evaluation results and program innovation.
