Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi program sekolah ramah anak di SDN Pasar Minggu 02 Pagi. Subfokus pada penelitian ini meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan keberhasilan program sekolah ramah anak di SDN Pasar Minggu 02 Pagi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi ketua tim sekolah ramah anak, penanggung jawab, guru, komite atau wali murid, dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa: (1) Persiapan program sekolah ramah anak dilakukan dengan membentu tim sekolah ramah anak, menyusun program sekolah ramah anak, menyusun prosedur dan pembagian tugas program sekolah ramah anak, sosialisasi program sekolah ramah anak kepada orang tua peserta didik, dan sosialisasi program sekolah ramah anak kepada peserta didik; (2) Pelaksanaan program sekolah ramah anak dilakukan dengan pembuatan alat peraga sekolah ramah anak, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah ramah anak, dan pelaksanaan program sekolah ramah anak melalui kegiatan pembelajaran dan non pembelajaran; (3) Keberhasilan program sekolah ramah anak dilihat dari indikator sekolah ramah anak. ***** This research aims to describe the implementation of the child-friendly school program at SDN Pasar Minggu 02 Pagi. The subfocus of this research includes the preparation, implementation and success of the child-friendly school program at SDN Pasar Minggu 02 Pagi. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation and documentation studies. Informants in this research include the child-friendly school team leader, person in charge, teacher, student committee or guardian, and students. This research shows the results that: (1) Preparation for a child-friendly school program is carried out by forming a child-friendly school team, preparing a child-friendly school program, preparing procedures and distributing tasks for a child-friendly school program, socializing the child-friendly school program to parents of students, and socialization of child-friendly school programs to students; (2) Implementation of child-friendly school programs is carried out by making child-friendly school teaching aids, providing child-friendly school facilities and infrastructure, and implementing child-friendly school programs through learning and non-learning activities; (3) The success of the child-friendly school program can be seen from the indicators of child-friendly schools.
