Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan serta menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaran PJOK berbasis video tutorial untuk latihan kelentukan dan kekuatan otot sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan model ADDIE. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 20 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan menunjukan hasil validasi ahli materi mendapatkan persentase sebesar 91,67% (sangat baik), hasil validasi ahli media sebesar 91,67% (sangat baik), dan hasil validasi ahli desain sebesar 96,67% (sangat baik). Untuk uji coba pada perorangan (one to one) diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan persentase 93,34%, uji coba pada kelompok kecil (small group) diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan persentase 91,34%, dan uji coba pada keseluruhan (field test) diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan persentase 91,61%, serta uji coba pada guru diperoleh hasil sangat baik dengan persentase 94%. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian yang diperoleh tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis video tutorial untuk materi kelentukan dan kekuatan otot ini layak untuk dikembangkan dan digunakan di sekolah dasar. ***** This research aims to develop and produce a product in the form of PJOK learning media based on video tutorials for flexibility and muscle strength training in elementary schools. This research uses research and development (R&D) methods with the ADDIE model. The research subjects were 30 grade IV students at SDN Utan Kayu Selatan 20. The research and development results show that the material expert validation results obtained a percentage of 91.67% (very good), the media expert validation results were 91.67% (very good), and the design expert validation results were 96.67% (very good). For trials on individuals (one to one) very good results were obtained with a percentage of 93.34%, trials on small groups obtained very good results with a percentage of 91.34%, and trials on the whole (field test) very good results were obtained with a percentage of 91.61%, and tests on teachers obtained very good results with a percentage of 94%. Based on the assessment results obtained, it can be concluded that video tutorial-based learning media for flexibility and muscle strength material is suitable for development and use in elementary schools.
