Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang disebarkan kepada 153 responden. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dan purposive sampling yang disebarkan pada karyawan yang berada pada Komatsu Group. Data responden didapatkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang berisi daftar pertanyaan sesuai dengan variabel penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan menggunakan bantuan program LISREL 8.80. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada produk Reman; inovasi produk tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan karena perusahaan tidak terlalu banyak melakukan upaya inovasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja. Praktik manajemen rantai pasok berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan untuk produk Reman. Supply chain responsiveness tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, Supply chain strategy tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keunggulan bersaing, Keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Inovasi produk tidak mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan karena perusahaan tidak terlalu banyak melakukan upaya inovasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja.
