Abstract

Paylater adalah layanan pembayaran kredit online yang memungkinkan pengguna membayar produk di marketplace atau e-commerce dengan cicilan tanpa kartu kredit atau istilah "Buy Now, Pay Later". Tujuan dari penelitin ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived risk terhadap trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use dan trust terhadap behavioral intention to use layanan paylater di Jabodetabek yang didasari oleh teori Technology Acceptand Model (TAM). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 220 generasi milenial dengan tahun kelahiran 2000-1980 di Jabodetabek. Menggunakan data primer dengan menyebarkan kuisioner online dan pengolahan data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa P-value secara keseluruhan lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa perceived risk berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap trus. Sedangkan Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use dan trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention to use layanan paylater di Jabodetabek. *********************************************** Paylater is an online credit payment service that allows users to pay for products in the marketplace or e-commerce in installments without a credit card or the term "Buy Now, Pay Later". The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived risk on trust, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust on behavioral intention to use paylater services in Jabodetabek which is based on the Technology Accept and Model (TAM) theory. Respondents in this study were 220 millennials with birth years 2000-1980 in Jabodetabek. Using primary data by distributing online questionnaires and processing data using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that the overall P-value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that perceived risk has a negative and significant effect on trus. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use paylater services in Jabodetabek.
