Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh kebutuhan belajar terhadap hasil belajar dengan motivasi belajar sebagai variabel intervening di masa PJJ pada mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 220 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 142 orang dengan menggunakan teknik Proportional random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Sedangkan uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi software IBM SPSS Statistic v.26. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Terdapat Pengaruh yang signifikan kebutuhan belajar terhadap motivasi belajar mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi UNJ pada masa Pendidikan jarak jauh di semester 113. (2) Tidak Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi UNJ pada masa Pendidikan jarak jauh di semester 113. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif signifikan kebutuhan belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi UNJ pada masa Pendidikan jarak jauh di semester 113. (4) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan kebutuhan belajar terhadap hasil belajar yang di mediasi oleh motivasi belajar mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Ekonomi UNJ pada masa Pendidikan jarak jauh di semester 113 sebesar 20,3% . ************************************* . The Influence of Learning Needs on Learning Outcomes with Learning Motivation as an Intervening Variable during the PJJ Period for Undergraduate Students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, UNJ. Jakarta. Economic Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2021.This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of learning needs on learning outcomes with learning motivation as an intervening variable during the PJJ period for undergraduate students of Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, UNJ. The population used in this study amounted to 220 people, while the sample used was 142 people using proportional random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. While the hypothesis test used is the t test and the coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics v.26 software application. The results showed: (1) There was a significant effect of learning needs on the learning motivation of undergraduate students of Economics Education UNJ during the distance education period in semester 113. (2) There was no significant positive effect of learning motivation on the learning outcomes of undergraduate students of Economics Education UNJ during the period. Distance education in semester 113. (3) There is a significant positive effect of learning needs on learning outcomes of undergraduate students in Economics Education UNJ during distance education in semester 113. (4) There is a significant indirect effect of learning needs on mediated learning outcomes by the learning motivation of undergraduate students of Economics Education UNJ during the distance education period in semester 113 of 20.3%.
