Abstract
Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh team work terhadap kualitas SDM di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kualitas SDM di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, pengaruh team work terhadap motivasi kerja di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap motivasi kerja di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas SDM di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, pengaruh team work terhadap kualiatas SDM melalui mediasi motivasi kerja di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kualitas SDM melalui mediasi motivasi kerja di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Teamwork berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas pegawai di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi. Teamwork berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi. Artinya, makin efektif teamwork akan meningkatkan motivasi kerja pegawainya. Dengan peningkatan pengaruh ini dapat disampaikan bahwa kerjasama yang kuat dimotivasi karena semangat kerja tim yang tinggi, Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas pegawai di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi kerja pegawai di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, Motivasi kerja terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif untuk pegawai di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, Teamwork berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia, dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi, Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan motivasi kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada pegawai di Deputi Bidang Industri dan Investasi. ********************************* The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of team work on the quality of human resources in the Deputy for Industry and Investment, the effect of workload on the quality of human resources in the Deputy for Industry and Investment, the effect of team work on work motivation at the Deputy for Industry and Investment, the effect of workload on work motivation in the Deputy for Industry and Investment. Deputy for Industry and Investment, the influence of work motivation on the quality of HR in the Deputy for Industry and Investment, the influence of team work on the quality of HR through mediation of work motivation in the Deputy for Industry and Investment, the effect of workload on the quality of HR through mediation of work motivation in the Deputy for Industry and Investment. The results showed that Teamwork had a positive effect on the quality of employees at the Deputy for Industry and Investment. Teamwork has a positive effect on employee motivation at the Deputy for Industry and Investment. That is, the more effective teamwork will increase employee motivation. With this increase in influence, it can be conveyed that strong cooperation is motivated by high team work spirit, workload has a negative effect on the quality of employees in the Deputy for Industry and Investment, workload has a negative effect on employee motivation in the Deputy for Industry and Investment, work motivation on The quality of human resources has a positive effect on employees at the Deputy for Industry and Investment, Teamwork has a positive effect on the quality of human resources, with work motivation as a mediating variable for employees at the Deputy for Industry and Investment. Workload has a negative effect on the quality of human resources with motivation work as a mediating variable for employees at the Deputy for Industry and Investment.
