Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab menggunakan aplikasi storybook bilingual, untuk mempermudah siswa Kelas VIII SMP Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta dalam mempelajari keterampilan membaca mukatsafah. Materi yang dikembangkan berupa cerita مَدْرَسَةُ مَنْ , kosakata yang berkaitan dengan materi, dan menu kuis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate). Ada lima tahap yang dilalui yaitu : (1) Analisis kebutuhan siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta terhadap aplikasi storybook bilingual untuk pembelajaran qira’ah bahasa arab, (2) Mendesain produk, (3) Pengembangan produk melalui penilaian dari ahli materi dan ahli media, (4) Implementasi produk secara langsung kepada siswa, (5) Mengevaluasi produk melalui angket yang diberikan kepada 23 siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta. Berdasarkan rangkuman data diperoleh hasil: Hasil analisis kebutuhan terhadap 23 siswa kelas delapan di SMP Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta, dimana 16 siswa (69,6%) menyatakan membutuhkan media pembelajaran qira’ah bahasa Arab menggunakan aplikasi storybook bilingual. Berdasarkan hasil angket yang dibagikan kepada ahli materi diperoleh rerata skor 78% yang termasuk dalam kategori “Sangat Layak”, dan ahli metode 74% pada tingkat “Layak”. Dari evaluasi siswa, diperoleh rerata skor 86% yang termasuk dalam kelompok "Sangat Layak". Dengan demikian, media video pembelajaran layak untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran keterampilan membaca bahasa Arab khususnya pada pembelajaran jarak jauh. *********************************************************** This study aims to develop learning media for Arabic reading skill using a bilingual storybook application, to assist and facilitate the Eighth-Grade students of SMP Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta in learning the Mukatsafah skills of reading. The material developed is in the form of story مَدْرَسَة مَنْ , vocabulary related to the material, and quiz menu. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) ADDIE model (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluate). There are five stages that are passed, namely: (1) Analysis of the needs of class VIII students of SMP Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta on the application of bilingual storybooks for learning Arabic qira'ah, (2) Product design, (3) Product development through assessments from material experts and experts. media, (4) implementing the product directly to students, (5) evaluating the product through a questionnaire given to 23 students of class VIII SMP Al-Ghurabaa Jakarta. Based on the summary of the data, the results obtained are: The results of the needs analysis of 23 eighth grade students at Al-Ghurabaa Junior High School Jakarta, where 16 students (69.6%) stated that they needed Arabic qira'ah learning media using the bilingual storybook application. Based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to material experts, an average score of 78% was included in the "Very Eligible" category, and method experts 74% at the "Fair" level. From the student evaluation, obtained an average score of 86% which is included in the "Very Eligible" group. Thus, the learning video media is feasible to be used as a medium for learning Arabic, especially in distance learning
