Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung, menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh (1) kepemimpinan melayani terhadap pemberdayaan psikologis, (2) kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kerajinan kerja, (3) pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, (4) kerajinan kerja terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, dan (5) kepemimpinan melayani menuju perilaku kerja yang inovatif. Juga mengkaji bagaimana pemberdayaan psikologis memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani terhadap inovasi perilaku kerja dan peran kerajinan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Servant leadership (kepemimpinan melayani) berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap keberdayaan psikologis, dan Servant leadership berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap work craft. Terdapat pengaruh positif pemberdayaan psikologis terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif. **************************** This research aims to calculate, analyze and describe the influence of (1) servant leadership towards psychological empowerment, (2) servant leadership towards work craft, (3) psychological empowerment towards innovative work behavior, (4) work craft towards innovative work behavior, and (5) servant leadership towards innovative work behavior. It also examines how psychological empowerment mediates the influence of servant leadership on work behavior innovation and the role of work craft in mediating the influence of servant leadership on innovative work behavior. The study results show that servant leadership has a significant direct effect on psychological empowerment, and Servant leadership has a significant direct effect on work craft. There is a positive influence of psychological empowerment on innovative work behavior.
