Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh work from home, work life balance dan job satisfaction terhadap employee performance pada karyawan perusahaan PT X. Jumlah responden yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 141 responden, seluruh responden merupakan karyawan perusahaan X yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modelling dengan bantuan program AMOS versi 23. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa work from home berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work life balance, job satisfaction dan employee performance. Work life balance juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee performance dan job satisfaction, sedangkan job satisfaction tidak berpengaruh terhadap employee performance. ********************************* This study aims to examine the effect of work from home, work life balance and job satisfaction on employee performance of employees of company X. The number of respondents studied in this study were 141 respondents, all respondents were employees of company X which were selected by simple random sampling method. This research is a research with a quantitative approach. Research data obtained from the results of filling out the questionnaire. The research data was further analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling with the help of the AMOS version 23 program. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, it was concluded that work from home has a positive and significant effect on work life balance, job satisfaction and employee performance. Work life balance also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and job satisfaction, while job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance.
