Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh faktor lingkungan terhadap resiliensi guru Raudhatul Athfal, mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor resiliensi, dan kondisi resiliensi guru PAUD di pedesaan kabupaten Purwakarta. Penelitian dilaksanakan di 3 kecamatan yang berada di kabupatean Purwakarta mencakup kecamatan Bojong, Maniis dan Sukasari. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kombinasi atau mix methode dengan desain explanatory sequential. Penelitian kuantitatif dilaksanakan lebih awal dengan melibatkan 65 guru sebagai sampel di 3 kecamatan. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket tertutup. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 24. Sedangkan penelitian kualitatif dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara melibatkan 6 responde/informan guru Raudhotuk Athfal di 3 kecamatan. Observasi dilakukan dengan lembar pedoman untuk mengetahui fakta-fakta empiris di lapangan. Adapun studi dokumentasi dilakukan terhadap dokumen tertulis dan dokumen lain yang relevan dengan kebutuhan informasi atau data yang diperlukan. Adapun analisis data dilakukan triangulasi dan uji keabsahan data. Penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa faktor lingkungan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi guru Raudhatul Athfal (RA) di pedesaan Kabupaten Purwakarta, dengan kontribusi sebesar 30,9% terhadap tingkat resiliensi guru, yang menegaskan pentingnya dukungan lingkungan baik dari aspek mikrosistem maupun eksosistem dalam mempertahankan ketahanan guru. Faktor-faktor lingkungan yang berkontribusi pada resiliensi guru meliputi dukungan keluarga yang memberikan semangat dan dorongan moral, hubungan baik dengan rekan kerja, motivasi dari siswa yang berkembang, dukungan komunitas guru, partisipasi aktif masyarakat, kepemimpinan sekolah yang memberikan arah dan dukungan, serta pembinaan dan supervisi pengawas. Eksosistem mencakup infrastruktur dan akses ke sumber daya, manajemen sekolah yang efektif, budaya kerja yang kolaboratif dan suportif, kebijakan insentif bagi guru, suasana pedesaan yang tenang dan komunitas yang erat, kondisi atrisi yang diatasi dengan dukungan komunitas dan keluarga, serta penghormatan dari masyarakat. Secara umum, kondisi resiliensi guru RA di pedesaan Purwakarta ditinjau dari aspek profesional, sosial, motivasional, dan emosional menunjukkan bahwa guru mampu mempertahankan semangat dan efektivitas mengajar meskipun menghadapi berbagai tantangan, dengan dukungan dari keluarga, rekan kerja, dan komunitas yang menciptakan lingkungan kerja kolaboratif, rasa tanggung jawab dan kecintaan terhadap siswa yang memotivasi, serta kemampuan mengelola stres dan menjaga keseimbangan emosional melalui dukungan moral dan spiritual, memungkinkan mereka untuk tetap bersemangat dan berdedikasi dalam memberikan pendidikan berkualitas di lingkungan pedesaan. Kata Kunci: Resiliensi Guru, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, Pedesaan ************* ABSTRACT The study aims to analyze the influence of environmental factors on the resilience of Raudhatul Athfal teachers, describe the resilience factors, and the resilience conditions of early childhood education teachers in rural Purwakarta district. The research was carried out in 3 sub-districts in Purwakarta regency, including Bojong, Maniis and Sukasari sub-districts. This study is a combination or mix method research with an explanatory sequential design. The quantitative research was carried out early by involving 65 teachers as a sample in 3 sub-districts. The instrument used was in the form of a closed questionnaire. The data was collected and analyzed using the help of SPSS software version 24. Meanwhile, qualitative research is carried out by collecting data in the form of interviews, observations and documentation studies. The interview used interview guidelines involving 6 respondents/informants of teacher Raudhotuk Athfal in 3 sub-districts. Observations are carried out with guidesheets to find out empirical facts in the field. The documentation study is carried out on written documents and other documents that are relevant to the needs of the necessary information or data. The data analysis was triangulation and data validity tests. This study revealed that environmental factors have a significant influence on the resilience of Raudhatul Athfal (RA) teachers in rural Purwakarta Regency, with a contribution of 30.9% to the level of teacher resilience, which emphasizes the importance of environmental support both from the aspects of microsystems and ecosystems in maintaining teacher resilience. Environmental factors that contribute to teacher resilience include family support that provides encouragement and moral encouragement, good relationships with colleagues, motivation from developing students, teacher community support, active community participation, school leadership that provides direction and support, and supervisor coaching and supervision. Ecosystems include infrastructure and access to resources, effective school management, a collaborative and supportive work culture, incentive policies for teachers, a quiet rural atmosphere and close-knit communities, conditions of attrition overcome with community and family support, and respect from the community. In general, the resilience condition of RA teachers in rural Purwakarta reviewed from professional, social, motivational, and emotional aspects shows that teachers are able to maintain their enthusiasm and effectiveness in teaching despite facing various challenges, with support from family, colleagues, and communities that create a collaborative work environment, a sense of responsibility and love for motivating students, as well as the ability to manage stress and maintain emotional balance through moral and spiritual support, allowing them to remain passionate and dedicated in providing quality education in rural environments.
