Abstract
Penelitian ini berfokus pada upaya meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar melalui modifikasi permainan bola voli. Peneliti menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis permainan modifikasi bola voli untuk siswa usia 9-12 tahun dengan tujuan meningkatkan motivasi, manfaat, daya tarik, dan efektivitas pembelajaran, serta kebugaran jasmani siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan, di mana peneliti bertindak sebagai pelaku aktif yang terlibat langsung dalam seluruh proses, mulai dari pra-observasi dan perencanaan hingga refleksi. Peneliti menggunakan berbagai alat pengumpul data untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal, meliputi peneliti sebagai instrumen utama, format pengamatan, pencatatan lapangan, daftar wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes kebugaran jasmani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan kebugaran jasmani yang signifikan pada siswa setelah penerapan modifikasi permainan bola voli. Pada siklus I, terdapat 12 siswa (30,77%) yang berada dalam kriteria kurang, dan 27 siswa (69,23%) dalam kriteria cukup. Setelah perbaikan pembelajaran pada siklus II dengan modifikasi permainan bola voli, terjadi peningkatan signifikan: hanya 4 siswa (10,26%) yang berada dalam kriteria kurang, sedangkan 35 siswa (89,74%) berada dalam kriteria cukup. Peningkatan sebesar 20,51% tercatat pada siklus II. Target ketuntasan minimal dalam penelitian sebesar 85% telah tercapai pada siklus II, penelitian ini tidak dilanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa modifikasi permainan bola voli efektif dalam meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar. This research focuses on efforts to improve the physical fitness of elementary school students through modifications to the volleyball game. Researchers implemented modified volleyball game-based learning for students aged 9-12 years with the aim of increasing students' motivation, benefits, attractiveness and effectiveness of learning, as well as physical fitness. The research method used is action research, where the researcher acts as an active actor who is directly involved in the entire process, from pre-observation and planning to reflection. Researchers use various data collection tools to achieve optimal results, including researchers as the main instrument, observation formats, field recording, interview lists, documentation, and physical fitness tests. The results of the study showed that there were significant changes in physical fitness in students after implementing modifications to the volleyball game. In cycle I, there were 12 students (30.77%) who were in the inadequate criteria, and 27 students (69.23%) were in the sufficient criteria. After improving learning in cycle II with modifications to the volleyball game, there was a significant increase: only 4 students (10.26%) were in the inadequate criteria, while 35 students (89.74%) were in the sufficient criteria. An increase of 20.51% was recorded in cycle II. The minimum research completion target of 85% was achieved in cycle II, this research was not continued to the next cycle. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the modification of the volleyball game is effective in improving the physical fitness of elementary school students.
