Abstract

Penelitian ini ditunjukan untuk mengetahui motivasi belajar peserta didik mengikuti Program Paket C di PKBMN 16 RawaSari, Kelurahan RawaSari, Kecamatan Cempaka Putih, Kota Jakarta Pusat, Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Temuan masalahya adalah motivasi belajar peserta didik ini memiliki keterkaitan antara dimasa era pandemi covid 19 dengan prestasi belajar peserta didik. Motivasi belajar tersebut terbentuk dari rumah peserta didik dikarenakan pada pandemi seperti ini pembelajaran dilakukan dengan jarak jauh (daring). Adapun hasil yang peneliti temui yaitu 85% peserta didik aktif di PKBM tersebut walau belajar melaui daring. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey dan wawancara melalui google form dan bertemu tatap muka langsung dengan pengelola PKBM dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan. Hasil penelitian motivasi belajar sebagai peneliti sebutkan di bagian awal, ternyata memiliki korelasi yang kuat, yakni memacu prestasi belajar mereka. Motivasi tersebut dibangun atas dorongan semua pihak, termasuk orang tua peserta didik karena memang pembelajaran dilakukan dari rumah. ****************************************************** The problem of this research is to determine the learning motivation of students participating in the Package C Program at PKBMN 16 RawaSari, RawaSari Village, Cempaka Putih District, Central Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta Province. The finding of the problem is that the learning motivation of these students has a relationship between the era of the COVID-19 pandemic and the learning achievement of students. The learning motivation is formed from the students' homes because during a pandemic like this learning is done remotely (online). The results that the researchers found were that 85% of students were active in the PKBM even though they studied online. The research methods used were surveys and interviews via google form and face-to-face meetings with PKBM managers while still implementing health protocols. The results of the study on learning motivation as the researchers mentioned at the beginning, turned out to have a strong correlation, namely spurring their learning achievement. The motivation was built on the encouragement of all parties, including parents of students because learning is done from home.
