Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk dapat mengetahui proses pelatihan memasak dim sum untuk warga belajar PKBM Pandu Pelajar Mandiri. Penelitian merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Angket atau kuesioner digunakan dalam teknik pengumpulan data yang akan diuji validitas, mormalitas dan linearitas data terlebih dahulu. Sebanyak 20 peserta pelatihan memasak dim sum di PKBM Pandu Pelajar Mandiri sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil yang diproleh yaitu bahan proses pelatihan dim sum dapat dideskripsikan sebagai berikut: Para pelatih memiliki kapasibiltas yang mempehuni. Dalam proses pelatihan, pelatih juga menggunakan metode yang tepat yaitu demonstrasi dan ceramah yang diperkaya tanya jawab. Materi pelatihan yang disampaikan juga sesuai dengan tujuan pelatihan. Sarana & prasarana juga mendukung tercapainya tujuan pelatihan. Demikian juga evaluasi pelatihan dilakukan dengan tepat yaitu secara tepat dan praktek sesuai tujuan pelatihan. ******************************************* Thisresearch has the goal to be able to know the dim sum cooking training process for residents to learn PKBM Pandu Pelajar Mandiri. Research is qualitative descriptive research. Questionnaires or questionnaires are used in data collection techniques that will be tested for validity, mormality and linearity of the data first. A total of 20 trainees cooked dim sum at PKBM Pandu Pelajar Mandiri as samples in this study. The result produced is the material of the dim sum training process can be described as follows: The coaches have a good quality. In the training process, coaches also use the right methods of demonstration and question-and-answer-enriched lectures. The training materials delivered are also in accordance with the purpose of the training. Facilities &infrastructure also support the achievement of training objectives. Likewise, the evaluation of training is carried out appropriately, namely appropriately and practice according to the purpose of training.
