Abstract

Industri perhotelan saat ini tengah berkembang pesat mengikuti juga perkembangan dari insutri pariwisata. Meski sempat mengalami penurunan serempak selama kurang lebih dua tahun akibat pandemi, banyak yang masih bertahan. Selain karena pandemi tadi, persaingan antar hotel juga terjadi, yang mana membuat hotel membuat strategi agar bisnis mereka bertahan. Kegiatan Sales Call merupakan strategi yang berpengaruh terhadap penambah pendapatan,dan juga berpengaruh dalam memasarkan suatu produk barang atau jasa, serta menjualnya. Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Data-data di penelitian ini diambil dengan observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Di penelitian ini, terdapat prosedur pelaksanaan Sales Call di Harris Suites fx Sudirman Jakarta yang berisi enam poin penting, antara lain menentukan perusahaan, mencari kontak PIC, membuat janji temu, mengonfirmasi kembali di pagi harinya, melakukan janji temu dengan menerapkan pelayanan khas Harris, dan yang terakhir mempuat Sales Call Report, serta pengaruhnya terhadap pendapatan perusahaan. ******************************************** The hospitality industry is currently growing rapidly following the development of the tourism industry. Although it had experienced a simultaneous decline for approximately two years due to the pandemic, many still survived. Apart from the pandemic, there is also competition between hotels, which makes hotels make strategies so that their business survives. Sales Call activities are strategies that have an effect on increasing income, and also have an effect on marketing a product or service, as well as selling it. The writing of this final project was carried out using descriptive qualitative analysis method. The data in this study were taken by observation, interviews, and literature studies. In this study, there is a Sales Call implementation procedure at Harris Suites fx Sudirman Jakarta which contains six important points, including determining the company, finding a PIC contact, making an appointment, reconfirming in the morning, making an appointment by implementing Harris' typical services, and the last one contains a Sales Call Report, as well as its effect on company revenue.
