Abstract
Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa terdapat tiga strategi yang dilakukan Kepala Desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik perempuan di Desa Karang Rahayu, strategi tersebut hadir untuk mengatasi permasalahan klasik yang sudah lama terjadi di Desa Karang Rahayu Kabupaten Bekasi. Strategi tersebut antara lain yang Pertama, Kepala Desa melakukan perekrutan kaum perempuan agar terlibat aktif dalam struktur kepengurusan desa. Kedua, Kepala Desa mengajak kaum perempuan agar terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan-kegiatan desa yang akan dilakukan. Ketiga, Kepala Desa melakukan pembenahan kualitas desa dengan cara melibatkan kepengurusan Karang Taruna yang diberi nama Karang Taruna Tunas Rahayu sebagai wadah untuk membantu Kepala Desa dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik perempuan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Desa memiliki tiga strategi dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik perempuan, strategi tersebut hadir untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi di Desa Karang Rahayu pada aspek minimnya partisipasi kaum perempuan pada Pemerintahan Desa, dan strategi tersebut bertujuan untuk dapat mencapai Pemerintahan Desa yang berkualitas melalui pembenahan kualitas masyarakat desa terutama peningkatan partisipasi perempuan yang di mulai pada tingkat Pemerintahan Desa. *************************************************** This research shows the results that there are three strategies carried out by the Village Head in increasing women’s political participation in Karang Rahayu Village, this strategy is here to overcome the classic problems that have occurred in Karang Rahayu Village, Bekasi Regency. These strategies include the first of the Village Head recruits women to be actively involved in the village management structure. Second, the Village Head invites women to be actively involved in village activities that will be carried out. Third, the Village Head made improvements to the quality of the village by involving the youth organization management named Karang Taruna Tunas Rahayu as a forum to assist the Village Head in increasing women’s political participation. The conclusion in this research is that the Village Head has three strategies in increasing women’s political participation, this strategy is here to overcome the problems that occur in Karang Rahayu Village in the aspect of the lack women’s participantion in Village Government, and the strategy aims to be able to achieve quality of village governance through improving the quality of village communities, especially increasing women’s participation starting at the village government level.
