Abstract

Penulisan dari Tugas Akhir ini dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses Manajemen Logistik Meeting & Capacity Building yang di lakukan oleh Astrindo Travel Services, mengetahui apa saja kendala yang ada di dalam proses Manajemen Logistik Meeting & Capacity building. Penulisan Tugas Akhir bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari Tugas Akhir bahwa Astrindo Travel Services menyelenggarakan kegiatan Meeting & Capacity Building dengan mengikuti regulasi pemerintah di era new normal, terdapat beberapa komponen proses manajemen logistik Meeting & Capacity Building yang lakukan oleh Astrindo Travel Services.Beberapa komponen tersebut seperti Perencanaan Logistik, Pengadaan Logistik, Pengendalian Logistik ************************* The writing of this Final Project aimed at knowing the process of organizing Meeting & Capacity Building carried out by Astrindo Travel Services, knowing what obstacles exist in the process of organizing Meeting & Capacity Building. The writing of the Final Project is descriptive qualitative. The conclusion of the Final project that Astrindo Travel Services organizes Meeting & Capacity Building activities by following government regulations in the new normal era, there are several components of the Meeting & Capacity Building process carried out by Astrindo Travel Services. Some of these components are Pre-implementation, Idea discovery, Planning, Preparation and Implementation.
