Abstract

Penelitian Tugas akhir ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pelaksanaan Event Sharing Knowledge of Public Relation dan Pembinaan Direktur Utama PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) di Hotel Aryaduta Menteng. Dalam penulisan ini menjelaskan bagaimana alur kegiatan event mulai dari pre, during¸hingga post event. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan data-data yang didapatkan melalui proses wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Untuk proses wawancara yang dilakukan dengan staff PT. Kereta Api Pariwisata unit tour & MICE meliputi bagaimana proses administrasi yang dilakukan pada saat pengadaan event berlangsung dan bagaimana proses oprasional yang berlangsung pada saat kegiatan event di lapangan. ***************************************** This final project research aims to determine how the Implementation of the Public Relations Knowledge Sharing Event and Guidance of the President Director of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) at Hotel Aryaduta Menteng. In this paper, it is explained how the flow of event activities starts from pre, during, to post-event. The method used in this final project is a qualitative descriptive method, with data obtained through interviews, observation, and literature study. For the interview process was carried out with the staff of PT. The Tour & MICE Train Unit covers how the administrative process is carried out during the event's procurement and how the operational process takes place during event activities in the field.
