Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data empirik mengenai peran ekstrakurikuler DSL dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar PAI siswa kelas X di SMK Negeri 47 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 47 Jakarta yang dilakukan selama periode Februari-April dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Data data diperoleh dari hasil wawancara, penyebaran kuisioner, serta dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan bersama dengan guru PAI dan mentor-mentor DSL. Sedangkan kuisioner diberikan kepada siswa untuk menganalisis hasil dan pengamalan siswa selama mengikuti DSL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan peningkatan hasil belajar PAI siswa berkembang seiring peran yang diberikan oleh mentor DSL bersama Guru PAI. Mentor berperan sebagai pembimbing, tutor, motivator, dan teman bagi siswa. Peningkatan hasil belajar PAI siswa terlihat dari prestasi yang diraih oleh siswa baik dibidang akademik yang ditunjukan dengan nilai rapot yang baik, maupun prestasi non akademik yang didapat melalui kejuaraan perlombaan keterampilan agama di berbagai tingkat. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler telah berjalan dengan sangat baik, hanya saja perlu peningkatan dalam kedisiplinan siswa dalam mengikuti ekskul DSL. ****************************** This study aims to obtain empirical data regarding the role of DSL extracurricular in improving learning outcomes of Islamic Religious students in class X at 47 Jakarta state vocational high school. This research was conducted at 47 Jakarta state vocational high school during the period from February to April by using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The data obtained from the result of interviews,questionnaires, and documentation. Interviews were conducted with Islamic religious education teachers and DSL mentors. While the questionnaire was given to student to analyze the result and practice of student during the extracurricular. The results of study indicate that the increase in student learning outcome in Islamic religious education develops along with the roles given by the DSL mentor with Islamic religious education teachers. Mentor act as mentor, tutors, motivators, and friends for students. The increase in student learning outcomes in Islamic religious education can be seen from the achievement achieved by student both in the academic field which is indicated by good report cards, as well as non-academic achievement obtained through competitions in religious skills competitions at various levels. Extracurricular activities have been going very well, it’s just that there needs to be an increase in student discipline in participating in DSL extracurricular activities.
