Abstract

Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi perubahan dalam penangan perjalanan Umrah oleh Annisa Travel saat pandemi Covid-19. Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini berupa penulisan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui hasil wawancara, survei, dan studi literatur. Kesimpulan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini didapatkan hasil berupa penanganan perjalanan umrah saat pandemi oleh Annisa Travel dimulai dari perencanaan penjualan, pra pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, pasca pelaksanaan, hingga pelaporan dan evaluasi layanan perjalanan umrah saat pandemi oleh Annisa Travel. ******************************** Writing this Final Project aims to find out what changes in handling Umrah travel by Annisa Travel during the Covid-19 pandemic. The writing of this final project is in the form of qualitative writing. Data were obtained through interviews, surveys, and literature studies. The conclusion of this Final Project is that Annisa Travel handles Umrah travel during a pandemic starting from sales planning, pre-implementation, implementation, post-implementation, to reporting and evaluating Umrah travel services during a pandemic by Annisa Travel.
