Abstract
Pengambilan data dalam penulisan dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif melalui observasi langsung di objek wisata sekitar candi Borobudur yang memiliki potensi maritime heritage, wawancara dengan pihak pihak terkait seperti dari Balai Konservasi Borobudur dan pengelola objek wisata, dan studi literatur. Perencanaan wisata maritime heritage dipilih karena potensi desa yang berada di sekitar kawasan candi. Dengan tahapan-tahapan: pencarian gagasan, merumuskan tujuan wisata, observasi dan pengumpulan data, analisis data, desain produk pendahuluan, pengujian, evaluasi, dan desain terakhir. Pembatasan wisatawan maksimal, pengaturan distribusi wisatawan, mengurangi resiko ancaman penurunan pada Candi Borobudur. Dengan dikembangkannya produk, tingkat kunjungan, tingkat kepuasan, tingkat destinasi yang rentan terhadap kerusakan bisa dijaga, aktivitas ekonomi pun tersebar dan nilai nilai penting tidak hilang. ***************************************** Data retrieval in writing is done by qualitative methods through direct observation at tourist objects around Borobudur temple which has maritime heritage potential, interviews with related parties such as from the Borobudur Conservation Center and tourism object managers, and literature studies. Maritime heritage tourism planning was chosen because of the potential of villages around the temple area. With the stages: idea search, formulating tourist destinations, observation and data collection, data analysis, preliminary product design, testing, evaluation, and final design. Maximum tourist restrictions, tourist distribution arrangements, reduce the risk of a decline in the threat of decline in Borobudur Temple. With the development of products, the level of visits, the level of satisfaction, the level of destinations that are vulnerable to damage can be maintained, economic activity is spread and important values are not lost.
