Abstract

Penulisan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pelayanan reservasi dan check-in tamu melalui Online Travel Agent (OTA) yang terdapat di Golden Boutique Hotel Kemayoran. Dalam penulisan Tugas Akhir ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Untuk dapat memperoleh data, penulis melakukan observasi langsung dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bagaimana proses pelayanan tamu dari Online Travel Agent mulai dari reservasi sampai check-in yang terdapat di Golden Boutique Hotel Kemayoran dan mengetahui bentuk kerjasama yang dilakukan oleh pihak hotel dan pihak Online Travel Agent. ********************************************* The purpose of writing this Final Project is to find out how the procedures for guest reservation and check-in services through Online Travel Agents (OTA) are located at Golden Boutique Hotel Kemayoran. In writing this Final Project, the author uses a descriptive qualitative method. To be able to obtain data, the authors conducted direct observations and interviews. The results of this study indicate how the process of guest service from Online Travel Agents starting from reservation to check-in at Golden Boutique Hotel Kemayoran and knowing the form of cooperation carried out by the hotel and the Online Travel Agent
