Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa pengaruh variasi temperatur elektrodeposisi, terhadap ukuran kristal, kerapatan dislokasi, regangan kisi (lattice strain), tegangan sisa (residual stress), dan kekerasan lapisan komposit Ni-TiN-AlN/Si3N4. Sampel yang telah dibentuk dengan metode elektrodeposisi pada temperatur pelapisan 35°C, 40°C, dan 45°C, kemudian dikarakterisasi dengan X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). Data XRD diolah menggunakan software Match! 3. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa semakin kecil ukuran kristal, maka kerapatan dislokasi semakin kecil. Adanya peningkatan temperatur elektrodeposisi menyebabkan penurunan nilai regangan kisi, serta peningkatan nilai tegangan sisa dan kekerasan pada lapisan Ni-TiN-AlN/Si3N4. ****************************************************** This study aimed to analyze the effect of variations in electrodepotion temperature on crystal size, dislocation density, lattice strain, residual stress, and hardness in the Ni-TiN-AlN/Si3N4 composite coatings. Samples that have been formed by the electrodeposition method at coating temperatures of 35°C, 40°C, and 45°C were then characterized by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). XRD data was processed using the Match! 3 software. The results show that the smaller the crystal size, the smaller the dislocation density. An increase in electrodeposition temperature causes a decrease in the value of the lattice strain, as well as an increase the value of residual stress and hardness in the Ni-TiN-AlN/Si3N4 coatings.
