Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan evaluasi implementasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) berbasis website jenjang Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Negeri tahun ajaran 2023/2024 di Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Sub Fokus penelitian ini adalah konteks penerapan PPDB berbasis website, input yang disediakan dalam penerapan PPDB berbasis website, perencanaan dan proses pelaksanaan PPDB berbasis website, dan hasil dari penerapan PPDB berbasis website. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi: koordinator PPDB jenjang PAUD Tahun 2023, kepala bidang PAUD DikMas Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi DKI Jakarta, staf bidang PAUD DikMas, operator sekolah, dan staf tenaga ahli Pusat Data dan Informasi Pendidikan (Pusdatindik). Hasil dari penelitian ini diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan model evaluasi CIPP yaitu context, input, process, dan product yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada context yang meliputi latar belakang, landasan hukum, sasaran, dan tujuan yang ditetapkan dalam penerapan PPDB berbasis website; (2) Input yang meliputi sumber daya manusia dan sarana prasarana tersedia untuk menunjang proses penerapan PPDB berbasis website; (3) Pelaksanaan PPDB berbasis website berjalan cukup baik, namun masih dibutuhkan peningkatan dari segi sistem dan pelatihan teknis bagi operator sekolah; (4) Hasil dari penerapan PPDB berbasis website adalah kemudahan akses informasi, efisiensi administratif, dan transparansi hasil seleksi. Kata kunci: evaluasi, PPDB, website, PAUD ***** This research aims to describe the evaluation of the website-based implementation of New Student Admissions (PPDB) for the State Early Childhood Education (PAUD) level for the 2023/2024 academic year at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Office. The sub-focus of this research is the context of implementing website-based PPDB, the input provided in implementing website-based PPDB, the planning and implementation process of website-based PPDB, and the results of implementing website-based PPDB. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. Informants in this research include: PPDB coordinator at PAUD level in 2023, head of the PAUD DikMas division of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Education Service, PAUD DikMas field staff, school operators, and expert staff at the Education Data and Information Center (Pusdatindik). The results of this research are classified according to the CIPP evaluation model, namely context, input, process and product, which shows that: (1) There is a context which includes the background, legal basis, targets and objectives set in implementing website-based PPDB; (2) Input which includes human resources and infrastructure is available to support the website-based PPDB implementation process; (3) The implementation of website-based PPDB is going quite well, but improvements are still needed in terms of systems and technical training for school operators; (4) The results of implementing website-based PPDB are easy access to information, administrative efficiency and transparency of selection results.
