Abstract
Alat taman padi otomatis dapat menghemat biaya, waktu penanaman dibandingkan dengan cara penanaman konvensional dan sangat berguna untuk proses penanaman padi. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk merancang alat penanam padi yang menggunakan metode tanam sistem jajar legowo serta menemukan safety factor pada titik optimal. Metode peneitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak AutoCAD untuk menggambar 2D dan untuk mennggambar 3D menggunakan perangkat lunak Autodesk Inventor. Setelah itu desain yang dibuat assembly, meshing, pembebanan serta dianalisis. Bedasarkan hasil analisis pada Inventor didapatkan hasil nilai von mises stress sebesar 54.90 MPa, dengan perpindahan (displacement) sebesar 0.11277 mm, serta nilai safety factor = 3.8. Dari hasil analisis poros serta roda optimal sebab mengacu pada hasil perhitungan manual serta memperhatikan keadaan lingkungan dan mengambil safety factor > 3. ************************************************************ Automatic rice garden tools can save costs, planting time compared to conventional planting methods and are very useful for the rice planting process. This research aims to design rice planting tools that use legowo learning system planting methods and find safety factors at optimal points. This research method uses AutoCAD software to draw 2D and to draw 3D using Autodesk Inventor software. After that the design is made assembly, meshing, loading and analyzed. Based on the results of the analysis on inventor obtained the result of the value of von mises stress of 54.90 MPa, with displacement (displacement) of 0.11277 mm, and safety factor value = 3.8. From the results of optimal axle and wheel analysis because it refers to the results of manual calculations and pay attention to environmental conditions and take safety factor > 3.
