Abstract

Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk merancang suatu alat penghitung stock barang dagang mempunyai kode batang dan digit yang tertera pada kemasan produk, yang nantinya akan discanning menggunakan sensor barcode GM65. Hasil yang ditampilkan akan masuk ke laporan database webservice. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah rekayasa teknik yang dijabarkan melalui identifikasikan masalah, perancangan alat dan sistem, dari perangkat lunak sampai perangkat keras. Kemudian dilakukan uji coba pada sistem tersebut dan dilakukan analisis data untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian memperlihatkan sistem penghitungan barang berjalan sesuai rancangan awal agar dapat mengetahui sisa barang yang terjual pada stock yang tersedia pada sebuah swalayan. Pengujian sistem pada sebuah konveyor ini diujikan dengan melakukan scanning kode batang yang tertera di kemasan produk yang berbeda. Dalam pengujiannya digunakan dua produk merek yang tidak sama. Hasilnya kode batang tersebut masuk ke media webserver dengan jaringan internet, sehingga tersimpan ke database. Kesimpulannya mampu meminimalisir kerancuan yang terjadi saat pelaksanaan stock opname dan data dapat tersimpan dengan rapih dan tidak mudah hilang. ********************************************************** In this case study aims to design a stock counter machine with a barcode and digits printed on the product packaging, which will later be scanned using the GM65 barcode sensor. The displayed results will be entered into the webservice database report. The method used in this research is engineering which is described through identifying problems, designing tools and systems, from software to hardware. Then a trial was conducted on the system and data analysis was carried out to obtain research results. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the goods counting system is running according to the initial design in order to find out the remaining goods sold in the available stock at a supermarket. Testing the system on a conveyor is tested by scanning the barcode listed on different product packaging. In the test, two different brand products were used. As a result, the barcode is entered into the web service media with an internet network, so that it is stored in the database. The conclusion is able to minimize the confusion that occurs during stock taking and data can be stored neatly and not easily lost.
