Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meng-implementasikan shield RAMPS 1.4 dengan mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 yang dirancang sebagai mesin bor PCB otomtis untuk mengefesiensikan waktu pengeboran dan meminimalkan terjadinya human-error. Dalam melakukan penelitian, perancangan dan merealisasikan implementasi RAMPS 1.4 pada rancang bangun mesin bor PCB otomatis dilakukan di rumah peneliti, serta Laboratorium Instrumentasi Kendali Program Studi Teknik Elektronika, Gedung Elektro, Universitas Negeri Jakarta pada semester 113 ganjil hingga semester genap 114 tahun akademik 2020/2021. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research & Development (R&D). Sistem yang direalisasikan terdiri dari 3 yaitu, (1) mengaplikasikan Arduino Mega 2560 yang dipasangkan shield RAMPS 1.4, (2) Metode interface berbasis objek menggunakan LCD Full Graphic Controller RAMPS 1.4, (3) Motor stepper sebagai pengendali sumbu x dan sumbu y dan proses pengeboran pada sumbu z menggunakan motor bor DC. Proses pengeboran mesin bor PCB otomatis dengan menyiapkan file layout yang sudah di-convert ke dalam format file G-Code disimpan didalam SDCard. Motor stepper dan motor bor DC bergerak sesuai dengan perintah mikrokontroler Arduino Mega 2560 yang dipasangkan shield RAMPS 1.4 menghasilkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 0.08mm. *********************************************************** The purpose of this research, implement shield RAMPS 1.4 with Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller to create an automatic PCB drilling machine that efficient drilling time and reduces human error. In conducting research, designing and realizing the implementation of RAMPS 1.4 on the design of the automatic PCB drilling machine carried out at the researcher in house, as well the Control Instrumentation Laboratory of the Electronic Engineering Study Program, Electrical Building, Jakarta State University in semester 113 odd to semester 114 even of the academic year 2020/2021. This study uses the Research & Development (R&D) research method. The implementation system consists of 3 systems, (1) an Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller compatible with shield RAMPS 1.4, (2) an application method based on interface objects using RAMPS LCD Full Graphics Controller 1.4, and (3) a drilling process uses a stepper motor for the x-axis and y-axis and DC drill motor controller for the z-axis drilling process. The drilling operation of an automatic PCB drilling machine is stored in the SDCard by preparing a layout file that must have converted into a G-Code file format. The stepper motor and DC drill motor move at the command of the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller paired with a RAMPS 1.4 shield, resulting in an accurate scale of 0.08 mm.
