Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terhadap uji daya serap, uji koefisien gesek, uji keausan, dan uji struktur Mikro pada kampas kopling komposit berbahan serbuk kayu, serabut kelapa, serbuk aluminium, dan serbuk tembaga. Mengetahui nilai koefisien gesek, daya serap, nilai keausan yang optimal. Metode percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan cara membagi menjadi 5 variasi komposisi pada spesimen uji kampas kopling yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian daya serap oli, pengujian koefisien gesek, uji keausan, dan struktur mikro menggunakan alat yang ada pada laboratorium prodi Pendidikan Teknik Mesin Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan spesimen yang memiliki nilai penyerapan oli tertinggi adalah spesimen 1 (KY20KL20AL20CU0) dengan nilai penyerapan sebesar 1,79% dan spesimen dengan nilai penyerapan terendah adalah spesimen 5 (KY20KL20AL0CU20) dengan nilai penyerapan sebesar 1,2%, dan spesimen yang memiliki persentase perubahan volume tertinggi adalah spesimen 3 (KY20KL20AL10CU10) dengan persentase 8,3216%, dan spesimen yang memiliki persentase perubahan volume terendah adalah spesimen 5 (KY20KL20AL0CU20) dengan persentase 6,5719%. Dari hasil pengujian koefisien gesek spesimen 2 (KY20KL20AL15CU5) memiliki nilai koefisien gesek tertinggi sebesar 0,43807 dan spesimen 4 (KY20KL20AL5CU15) memiliki nilai koefisien gesek terendah sebesar 0,31764. Dari hasil pengujian keausan spesimen 1 (KY20KL20AL20CU0) memiliki nilai keausan tertinggi sebesar 0,29 gram, dan spesimen 5 (KY20KL20AL0CU20) memiliki nilai keausan terendah sebesar 0,08 gram. ********************************************************** This study aims to find out the effect on absorption tests, swipe coefficient tests, wear tests, and macro structure tests on composite clutches made of wood powder, coconut fibers, aluminum powder, and copper powder. Know the value of the friction coefficient, absorption, optimal wear value. The experimental method used in this study, was carried out by dividing into 5 variations in composition in the clutch campas test specimen which was then conducted oil absorption test, friction coefficient testing, wear test, and macro structure using tools in the laboratory of Mechanical Engineering Education program of Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Based on research that has been done specimens that have the highest oil absorption value are specimen 1 (KY20KL20AL20CU0) with an absorption value of 1.79% and specimens with the lowest absorption values are specimens 5 (KY20KL20AL0CU20) with an absorption value of 1.2%, and specimens that have the highest percentage of volume changes are specimens 3 (KY20KL20AL10CU10) with a percentage of 8.3216%, and specimens that have the lowest percentage of volume change are specimens 3 (KY20KL20AL10CU10) with a percentage of 8.3216%, and specimens that have the lowest percentage of volume changes are specimens 3 (KY20KL20AL10CU10) with a percentage of 8.3216%, and specimens that have the lowest percentage of volume changes are specimens 3 (KY20KL20AL10CU10) with a percentage of 8.3216%, and specimens that have the lowest percentage of volume changes are specimens 3 (KY20KL20AL10CU10) with a percentage of 8.3216%, and specimens that have the lowest percentage of volume changes are specimens 3 (KY20KL20AL10CU10) with a percentage of 8.3216%, and specimens that have the lowest percentage of volume changes are specimens 3 (KY20 5 (KY20KL20AL0CU20) with a percentage of 6.5719%. From the results of the test the specimen swipe coefficient 2 (KY20KL20AL15CU5) has the highest friction coefficient value of 0.43807 and specimen 4 (KY20KL20AL5CU15) has the lowest friction coefficient value of 0.31764. From the results of the test of wear and tear specimen 1 (KY20KL20AL20CU0) has the highest wear value of 0.29 grams, and specimen 5 (KY20KL20AL0CU20) has the lowest wear value of 0.08 grams.
