Abstract

Wasit adalah seseorang yang memiliki wewenang untuk mengatur jalannya suatu pertandingan olahraga, seorang yang dianggap netral dan bertindak sebagai orang yang akan menyelesaikan permasalahan di lapangan. Baik buruknya suatu pertandingan sepakbola sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja wasit. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menilai hasil kinerja wasit C1 dalam memimpin pertandingan di Asprov PSSI Riau Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang dikeluarkan langsung oleh PSSI pada 2008 yang berisi pernyataan-pernyataan mengenai kinerja wasit selama memimpin pertandingan yang akan diisi oleh Match Commissioner pertandingan yang terdiri dari indikator-indikator yaitu: posisioning & mekanisme official, kontrol game, signal isyarat, keberanian, karakter dan konsisten, dan ketepatan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil menunjukkan Indikator posisioning and mekanisme official menunjukkan wasit pada tingkatan baik. Indikator kontrol game menunjukkan wasit pada tingkatan baik. Indikator signal isyarat menunjukkan wasit pada tingkatan baik sekali. Indikator keberanian, karakter dan konsisten menunjukkan wasit pada tingkatan baik. Indikator ketepatan pengambilan keputusan menunjukkan wasit pada tingkatan baik. Artinya rata-rata wasit memiliki kemampuan yang baik dalam memimpin pertandingan. Kata kunci: Wasit Sepakbola, Kinerja Wasit, Penilaian Match Commissioner ****** A referee issomeone who has the authority to regulate the course of a sports match, someone who is considered neutral and acts as someone who will resolve problems on the field. The good or bad of a football match is greatly influenced by the referee's performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to assess the performance results of C1 refereesin leading matches at Asprov PSSI Riau in 2024. The research method used is quantitative descriptive using a questionnaire instrument issued directly by PSSI in 2008 which contains statements regarding the referee's performance while leading the match which will be filled in by the Match Commissioner of the match consisting of indicators, namely: official positioning & mechanism, game control, signal, courage, character and consistency, and accuracy of decision making. The results show that the official positioning and mechanism indicators indicate the referee is at a good level. The game control indicator shows the referee at a good level. The signal signal indicator shows the referee at a very good level. The courage, character and consistency indicators show the referee at a good level. The decision-making accuracy indicator shows the referee at a good level. This means that on average the referee has good ability in leading the match.
