Abstract

IBNU JABBAAR. Pengaruh Aset Tidak Berwujud, R&D, dan Kinerja Keuangan terhadap Nilai Pasar Perusahaan Farmasi Yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2014 – 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh aset tidak berwujud, R&D, dan kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di bei periode 2014 – 2018. Peneltian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan populasi seluruh perusahaan farmasi di BEI tahun 2014 – 2018. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode purposive sampling dimana didapat secara keseluruhan 35 sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis pada tingkat signifikasi 5%. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa hanya aset tidak berwujud (INTAV) yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan . Sementara variabel R&D dan ROA berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai pasar perusahaan. Kata kunci : Aset Tidak Berwujud, R&D, Kinerja Keuangan, Nilai Perushaaan. IBNU JABBAAR. Influence of Intangible Assets, R&D, and Financial Performance on the Market Value of Pharmaceutical Companies Listed in BEI 2014 - 2018 Period. This study aims to examine the effect of intangible assets, R&D, and financial performance on the value of pharmaceutical companies registered in the period of 2014 - 2018. This research uses secondary data with the population of all pharmaceutical companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. In this study a purposive sampling method was used in which 35 samples were obtained overall. This study uses multiple linear regression to test hypotheses at the 5% significance level. From the analysis performed in this research result, it was found that only intangible asset (INTAV) had a positive and significant effect on firm value. While the R&D and ROA variables have a negative and not significant effect on the company’s market value. Keywords: Intangible Assets, R&D, Financial Performance, Firm Value
