Abstract
Usaha meningkatkan kinerja peserta pelatihan diantaranya dengan memperhatikan tingkat pendidikan. Dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan seorang karyawan tidak terlepas dari tingkat pendidikan yang dimiliki, seperti yang disampaikan oleh Wirawan (2019: 60-67) menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan dan pengalaman kerja karyawan maka akan semakin tinggi kinerja yang ditampilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya Hubungan tingkat pendidikan terhadap hasil pelatihan tata rias pengantin sunda siger di Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Arie Kab. Garut. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Berdasarkan populasi sebanyak 32 orang yang merupakan peserta Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan Arie angkatan 2021-2022. Data yang dgunakan peneliti adalah data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji persyaratan analisis data dengan uji normalitas yang menghasilkan nilai signifikan (0,000 < 0,050) data tersebut tidak terdistribusi normal. Karna data tidak normal maka selanjutnya menggunakan uji hipotesis non parametrik Uji Chi Square. Lalu uji analisis Chi Square yang dilakukan dengan dk/df = (r-2)x (k-1) sehingga chi square tabel = 9,487729 dan didapatkan chi square hitung = 13,31594 sehingga jika dibandingkan maka chi square hitung > chi square tabel dengan taraf signifikasi 5% atau α =0,05 kemudian didapatkan hasil p value =0.10 sehingga jika dibandingkan dengan maka P-value < α. Maka hasil tersebut memiliki arti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terhadap hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan hasil pelatihan peserta LKP di Garut. ***** Efforts to improve the performance of training participants include paying attention to their level of education. In carrying out their work, an employee's performance is closely related to their level of education, as stated by Wirawan (2019: 60-67), who mentioned that the higher the level of education and work experience of the employee, the higher the performance displayed. This research aims to determine the relationship between the level of education and the results of the Sundanese Siger bridal makeup training at the Arie Course Institute (LKP) in Garut Regency. The research method used is asosiative method using a quantitative approach. For the sampling technique used, total sampling was employed. Based on a population of 32 people who are participants of the Arie Training Course Institution batch 2021-2022. The data used by the researcher is secondary data. Based on the research results of the data analysis requirement test with the normality test that produced a significant value (0.000 < 0.050), the data is not normally distributed. Because the data is not normal, the next step is to use the non-parametric hypothesis test, the Chi-Square Test. Then, the Chi-Square analysis test was conducted with dk/df = (r-2) x (k-1), resulting in a table chi- square of 9.487729 and a calculated chi-square of 13.31594. Therefore, when compared, the calculated chi-square > table chi-square at a significance level of 5% or α = 0.05. Subsequently, a p-value of 0.10 was obtained, which, when compared, shows that the P-value < α. Therefore, the result means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of education and the training outcomes of LKP participants in Garut.
