Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat buku panduan dalam mengelola stress akademik siswa baru kelas X SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025 dengan menggunakan intervensi Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. Desain dalam penelitian ini menggunakan design based research model Reeves, dengan metode penelitian eksperimen. Subjek penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan cara purposive karena jumlah sampel yang diambil berdasarkan kriteria yaitu siswa yang memiliki stress akademik yang tinggi. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan ESSA (Stress Scale for Adolescent) yang berjumlah 16 pernyataan yang sudah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji sample independent T-test. Dari hasil analisis yang diperoleh Nilai Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000 > 0.05 yang artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, sehingga terdapat pengaruh Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction dalam mengelola stress akademik siswa baru kelas X di SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Buku panduan yang dibuat juga sudah melalui validitas dari dosen uji materi, artinya buku panduan ini dapat digunakan oleh guru BK dalam membantu siswa baru dalam mengelola stress akademik yang mereka alami. *************** This study aims to create a guidebook in managing academic stress of new students in class X of SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur for the 2024/2025 Academic Year using Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction intervention. The design in this study uses the Reeves design based research model, with an experimental research method. The subject of this study was taken using a purposive method because the number of samples taken based on the criteria was students who had high academic stress. The data collection in this study used ESSA (Stress Scale for Adolescent) which amounted to 16 statements that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis in this study used an independent sample test T-test. From the results of the analysis, the Sig.(2-tailed) value was 0.000 > 0.05 which means that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, so that there was an influence of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in managing the academic stress of new students in class X at SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur for the 2024/2025 Academic Year. The guidebook made has also gone through the validity of the material test lecturer, meaning that this guidebook can be used by BK teachers in helping new students in managing the academic stress they experience.
