Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang instrumen penilaian untuk mata kuliah Teori Kompetensi Mengajar yang terintegrasi kompetensi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK). Analisis kompetensi TIK menggunakan Kerangka Kompetensi UNESCO, European Profileing Grid (EPG), dan teori-teori berbasis TIK lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan Desain dan Pengembangan Penelitian (DDR) sebagai desain penelitian yang kemudian dimodifikasi menjadi empat langkah; Analisis Kebutuhan, Desain dan Pengembangan Prototype, Evaluasi Prototype, dan Revisi Desain. Kemudian, sumber data adalah adalah empat belas instrumen penilaian dari lima universitas di Indonesia untuk mata kuliah Teori Kompetensi Mengajar. Mata kuliah Teori Kompetensi Mengajar mencakup empat mata kuliah; Metodologi Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris, Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Material, Teori dan Strategi Belajar Bahasa, dan Literasi Digital dalam Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) instrumen penilaian yang ada memanfaatkan kompetensi TIK, indikator kompetensi TIK yang paling banyak digunakan adalah perangkat lunak untuk mengetik kata dan mesin pencari untuk mengunduh sumber daya dari situs web, 2) ada enam prosedur dalam mengintegrasikan kompetensi TIK ke dalam kerangka penilaian untuk mata kuliah Teori Kompetensi Mengajar, 3) kerangka penilaian yang dirancang untuk mata kuliah Teori Kompetensi Mengajar menggunakan kompetensi TIK yang diintegrasikan ke dalam komponen kerangka penilaian yang baru, 4) Tes esai yang di rancang terintegrasi dengan kompetensi TIK digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian tes untuk mata kuliah: Metodologi Pengajaran Bahasa Inggris, Pengembangan Kurikulum dan Material, Teori dan Strategi 5) tugas proyek yang di rancang terintegrasi dengan kompetensi TIK digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian non-tes untuk mata kuliah Digital Literacy. The present study aimed at designing the ICT competences-integrated assessment instruments of Theoretical Key Teaching Competences courses for English Language Education Study Program. The study employed Design and Development research (DDR) model which was modified into four steps: needs analysis, prototypical assessment instruments designs, evaluation and final product revision. The data sources were fourteen existing assessment instruments from five universities in Indonesia that were analyzed by using ICT Competences Framework of UNESCO, European Profiling Grid and other ICT-based theories. The result of the research shows that 1) the existing assessment instruments make use of ICT in extent of technology literacy where the ICT competence indicators mostly used were word processing software and search engine to download resources from websites, 2) there are six procedures of integrating ICT competences into table of specification of Theoretical Key Teaching Competences courses, 3) the prototype of table of specifications of Theoretical Key Teaching Competences course infuses ICT competences into the components, 4) the prototype of ICT competences-integrated assessment instrument of test for English Language Teaching Methodology course, Curriculum and Material Development course, Language Learning Theories and Strategies course that have been designed are essay test, 5) the prototype of ICT competences-integrated assessment instrument of non-test for assessment instrument of non-test for Digital Literacy course that have been designed is project task.
