Abstract

Partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan ekowisata di Ci Liwung sangat penting untuk mengatasi masalah lingkungan dan sosial, serta meningkatkan potensi wisata yang bermanfaat bagi pelestarian lingkungan dan kesejahteraan lokal. Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat yang berada di sekitar Ci Liwung untuk melindungi lingkungan kawasan ekowisata Ci Liwung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam Pengembangan Ekowisata Ci Liwung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni - Agustus 2024 yang berlokasi di Sekolah Ci Liwung, Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan dan hunian masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitarnya. Populasi yang duginakan dalam penelitian ini sekitar 1.566 jiwa penduduk yang berada di sekitar Ci Liwung, Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah, Jakarta Selatan. Kemudian sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sekitar 65 responden. Hasil penelitian, mayoritas masyarakat memiliki tingkat partisipasi sedang dalam pengembangan ekowisata, dengan 30 dari 65 responden dalam kategori tersebut. Rata-rata skor partisipasi sebesar 26 mencerminkan kurangnya keterlibatan masyarakat pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengajuan ide. Partisipasi masyarakat di Kelurahan Srengseng Sawah dalam pengembangan ekowisata Ci Liwung, dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya komunikasi dan kesempatan untuk berpartisipasi, meskipun faktor atraksi, amenitas, dan aksesibilitas berada dalam kategori baik. ***** Community participation in ecotourism management at Ci Liwung River is very important to overcome environmental and social problems, as well as increase tourism potential that is beneficial for environmental preservation and the welfare of the local community. Lack of public awareness around the Ci Liwung River to protect the environment of the Ci Liwung River ecotourism area. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of community participation in Ci Liwung Ecotourism Development. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted in June - August 2024 located at Ci Liwung River School, Srengseng Sawah, South Jakarta and the residences of people who live in the vicinity. The expected population in this study is around 1,566 residents who live around the Ci Liwung River, Srengseng Sawah Village, South Jakarta. Then the sample of this study used Purposive Sampling technique, with a total sample of about 65 respondents. The results showed that the majority of the community had a moderate level of participation in ecotourism development, with 30 of the 65 respondents in that category. The average participation score of 26 reflects the lack of community involvement at the planning, implementation and idea submission stages. The participation of Srengseng Sawah Village community in the development of Ci Liwung River ecotourism is influenced by the lack of communication and opportunities to participate, although the attraction, amenity, and accessibility factors are included in the good category.
