Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja dapat terjadi dimana saja, salah satunya di Perguruan Tinggi atau Universitas. Perguruan Tinggi atau Universitas seringkali menjadi tempat dimana kecelakaan kerja dapat terjadi, terutama ketika pelaksanaan praktikum atau kegiatan laboratorium yang melibatkan penggunaan peralatan dan bahan tertentu. Praktik las menjadi salah satu kegiatan praktikum yang memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja. Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu tindakan untuk menganalisis kecelakaan kerja tersebut untuk mengetahui kecelakaan kerja apa saja yang dapat terjadi, tingkat risiko dari setiap dampak kecelakaan kerja, hingga tindakan pengendalian untuk mencegah kecelakaan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Data diambil berdasarkan observasi langsung ke laboratorium produksi yang ada di Universitas Negeri Jakarta, wawancara ke mahasiswa yang mengambil Mata Kuliah Praktik Las pada semester 120, serta dokumentasi berupa lembar kerja dan Rencana Pembelajaran Semester dari Mata Kuliah Praktik Las. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari aktivitas praktik las memiliki 9 modus kegagalan, dari 9 modus kegagalan yang ada dapat menyebabkan 9 kecelakaan kerja, dan dari 9 kecelakaan kerja tersebut memiliki 24 dampak. Dampak dari kecelakaan kerja yang terjadi selama Mata Kuliah Praktik Las yang dilakukan di Laboratorium Produksi memiliki risiko rendah sampai sedang. Dari 24 dampak yang ada 16 dampak memiliki risiko rendah dan 8 dampak yang memiliki risiko sedang. Namun tetap perlu adanya tindakan pengendalian tindakan secara eleminasi, perancangan, administratif, serta APD yang dapat mencegah kecelakaan kerja tersebut terjadi. ***** Work accidents can occur anywhere, one of which is in college or university. Colleges or Universities are often places where work accidents can occur, especially when carrying out practicum or laboratory activities that involve the use of certain equipment and materials. Welding practice is one of the practicum activities that has a risk of work accidents. Therefore, an action is needed to analyze the work accident to find out what work accidents can occur, the risk level of each work accident impact, to control measures to prevent work accidents. The research method used in this research is descriptive method with semi quantitative approach. Data was taken based on direct observation to the production laboratory at the State University of Jakarta, interviews with students who took the Welding Practice Course in semester 120, as well as documentation in the form of worksheets and Semester Learning Plans from the Welding Practice Course. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the welding practice activity has 9 failure modes, of the 9 existing failure modes can cause 9 work accidents, and of the 9 work accidents have 24 impacts. The impact of work accidents that occur during the Welding Practice Course conducted in the Production Laboratory has a low to moderate risk. Of the 24 impacts, 16 impacts have low risk and 8 impacts have moderate risk. However, there is still a need for control measures in the form of elimination, design, administrative, and PPE that can prevent these work accidents from occurring.
