Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa model pemanasan berbasis modifikasi permaian tradisional pada atlet KOP Floorball Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2024 yang bertempat Di Hall B Kampu B UNJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Research & Development (R & D) dari ADDIE, yaitu dengan membuat produk berupa model permainan dengan 5 (Lima) tahapan, yaitu 1.) Analisis (Analyze), 2.) Desain (Design), 3.) Pengembangan (Development), 4.) Pelaksanaan (Implement), 5.) Evaluasi (Evaluate). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet floorball yang berjumlah 15 orang. Uji validasi yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan uji justifikasi ahli, dimana model yang telah dibuat diuji cobakan, kemudian dikonsultasikan dan dinilai oleh para ahli sesuai dengan variabel yang terkait. Uji coba yang dilakukan dengan memberikan 15 model modifikasi permainan tradisional yang telah dibuat peneliti untuk dianalisa dengan pengisian angket justifikasi oleh dosen ahli (expert judgment). Setelah divalidasi oleh dosen ahli maka hasil akhir dalam penelitian ini berupa 12 modifikasi model permainan tradisional yang dianggap layak dan kemudian dilakukan uji coba. Hasil dari uji coba langsung dilapangan menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi model permainan tradisional dinilai efektif dan membantu mencegah kebosanan selama pemanasan. Kesimpulan akhir yang diperoleh melalui penelitian ini adalah 12 modifikasi model pemanasan permainan tradisional yang peneliti buat telah layak dilakukan serta digunakan. Kata Kunci : Model, Pemanasan Floorball, Modifikasi Permainan Tradisional ***** This study aims to produce a product in the form of a warm-up model based on traditional game modifications for KOP Floorball athletes at the State University of Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in December 2024 at Hall B, Campus B UNJ. The method used in this study is the Research & Development (R & D) method from ADDIE, namely by creating a product in the form of a game model with 5 (five) stages, namely 1.) Analysis, 2.) Design, 3.) Development, 4.) Implementation, 5.) Evaluation. The population used in this study were 15 floorball athletes. The validation test used in the study was by using an expert justification test, where the model that had been created was tested, then consulted and assessed by experts according to the related variables. The trial was carried out by providing 15 traditional game modification models that had been created by researchers to be analyzed by filling out a justification questionnaire by expert lecturers (expert judgment). After being validated by expert lecturers, the final result of this study was 12 modifications of traditional game models that were considered feasible and then tested. The results of direct trials in the field showed that the modification of the traditional game model was considered effective and helped prevent boredom during the warm-up. The final conclusion obtained through this study was that the 12 modifications of the traditional game warm-up model that the researcher made were feasible and used.
