Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses pengambilan keputusan dalam pemilihan supplier suku cadang (spare part) kapal di PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi dan memberikan bobot pada lima kriteria utama, yaitu harga, kualitas, layanan, ketepatan pengiriman, dan ketepatan jumlah, serta subkriterianya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria harga memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,484 dengan subkriteria utama Bisa memberi harga murah (0,223), Mendapatkan diskon (0,165), dan Harga bisa dikontrak (0,096). Analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa Supplier X adalah pilihan terbaik dengan bobot prioritas global sebesar 0,57685, diikuti oleh Supplier Z (0,308) dan Supplier Y (0,280). Kesimpulan ini membantu PT SPIL untuk menentukan supplier yang paling tepat berdasarkan kriteria objektif dan analisis yang sistematis. ***** This study aims to analyze the decision-making process in selecting suppliers for ship spare parts at PT Salam Pacific Indonesia Lines using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The analysis identified and weighted five main criteria: price, quality, service, delivery timeliness, and quantity accuracy, along with their sub-criteria. The results indicate that price holds the highest weight at 0.484, with key sub-criteria being Ability to offer lower prices (0.223), Discount availability (0.165), and Contractual pricing flexibility (0.096). The analysis further identifies Supplier X as the best choice, with a global priority weight of 0.57685, followed by Supplier Z (0.308) and Supplier Y (0.280). This conclusion assists PT SPIL in determining the most suitable supplier based on objective criteria and systematic analysis
