Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas latihan kelincahan lateral shuffle dan zig-zag terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola siswa SSB PONDOK BAMBU usia 12 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain “two groups pre-test-post-test design”. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SSB Pondok Bambu usia 12 tahun yang berjumlah 40 siswa. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan kriteria yaitu: (1) Terdaftar sebagai siswa SSB Pondok Bambu yang masih aktif latihan, (2) Bersedia mengikuti latihan dan menerima treatment sebanyak 16 kali, (3) Tidak sedang sakit atau mengalami cedera. Berdasarkan kriteria tersebut yang memenuhi berjumlah 28 siswa. Instrumen menggunakan instrumen tes menggiring bola dari Danny Mielke (2015: 8). Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebelum dan sesudah latihan kelincahan zigzag terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan zigzag terhadap peningkatan kemampuan menggiring bola siswa (p-Value=0,000). Selain itu sebelum dan sesudah latihan lateral shuffle terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan yang artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan lateral shuffle terhadap kemampuan menggiring bola siswa (p- Value= 0,000). ***** This study aims to determine the effectiveness of lateral shuffle and zig-zag agility training on the dribbling ability of 12-year-old SSB PONDOK BAMBU students. This study used an experimental method with a “two groups pre-test-post-test design” design. The population in this study were 12-year-old SSB Pondok Bambu students totaling 40 students. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with criteria, namely: (1) Registered as SSB Pondok Bambu students who are still actively training, (2) Willing to take part in training and receive treatment 16 times,(3) Not sick or injured. Based on these criteria, there were 28 students who met. The instrument used the dribbling test instrument from Danny Mielke (2015: 8). Data analysis using the t test. The results of the study showed that before and after zigzag agility training there was a significant difference, which means that there is a significant effect of zigzag training on improving students' dribbling ability (p- Value = 0.000). In addition, before and after lateral shuffle training there was a significant difference, which means that there is a significant effect of lateral shuffle training on students' dribbling ability (p-Value = 0.000).
