Abstract

The purpose of creating a virtual reality video tour and Android application is to: (1) Promote sports tourism in Kuningan Regency, especially during the international bicycle race Tour de Linggarjati because there are many tourism potentials that can be visited during the event. (2) Create a 360° Virtual Reality Video to promote tourist attractions in Kuningan Regency. (3) Create an Android-based application to make it easier for users to get to know more about the Tour de Linggarjati International Bicycle Race event in Kuningan Regency and users can see the tourist attractions offered using 360° Virtual Reality Video. (4) Increase achievements in national and international bicycle racing sports (5) Develop Kuningan as a tourist destination (6) Equalize regional infrastructure development and open regional access for markets and investment. (7) Increase the positive impact of various creative economic businesses around the areas passed by the race route, such as the growth of hotels, transportation, culinary, crafts, and tourist destinations. The development design uses ADDIE (i.e. Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Based on the testing on the functionality aspect that has been carried out, the percentage result is 100%, then the Reliability test using the Android Studio application found no errors in the application and the results of the usability test got a response of 92%. When viewed based on the feasibility rating, in terms of the functionality aspect, the Kuningan Sport Tourism Android application is very feasible to use.
