Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan-hubungan antara konsentrasi dengan ketepatan shooting, hubungan power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan shooting dan hubungan antara konsentrasi dan power otot tungkai dengan ketepatan shooting. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan studi korelasi. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada hari Selasa, 17 Desember 2024 di lapangan SMAN 50 Jakarta Timur. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal SMAN 50 Jakarta yang berjumlah 63 orang. Penelitian mengambil sampel siswa ekstrakurikuler SMAN 50 Jakarta yang diambil dari populasi dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebanyak 50 orang. Hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, diketahui bahwa semakin kuat tingkat konsentrasi yang dimiliki pemain maka akan semakin tepat pemain dalam melakukan shooting, kemudian semakin besar daya ledak (power) otot tungkai yang dimiliki seorang pemain futsal maka akan semakin tepat shooting pemain ke arah gawang untuk mencetak gol. Maka dari itu, ketepatan shooting pemain sangat dipengaruhi oleh kedua faktor yaitu Konsentrasi dan Power Otot Tungkai. Kata Kunci: Ketepatan shooting, konsentrasi, power otot tungkai. *********** This study aims to determine the relationships between concentration and shooting accuracy, the relationship between muscle strength and shooting accuracy and the relationship between concentration and muscle strength with shooting accuracy. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlation study. Data collection was carried out on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at the SMAN 50 East Jakarta field. The population in the study were 63 extracurricular futsal students of SMAN 50 Jakarta. The study took a sample of extracurricular students of SMAN 50 Jakarta who were taken from the population using Purposive sampling of 50 people. The results of the analysis that have been carried out, it is known that the stronger the level of concentration of the player, the more precise the concentration in shooting, then the greater the explosive power of the leg muscles of a futsal player, the more precise the into the goal. Therefore, fluenced by two factors, namely concentration and leg muscle power. Keywords: Concentration, Leg Muscle Power, Shooting Accuracy.
