Abstract

EVALUASI PROGRAM MANAJEMEN PERSIJA EPA U-18 *****ABSTRAK***** Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengevaluasi komponen context, input, process, product program manajemen PERSIJA EPA U-18. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian evaluasi dengan model CIPP. Adapun subyek penelitian ini adalah manajemen inti, pelatih dan atlet PERSIJA EPA U-18. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dengan memiliki komponen dan indikator. Teknik pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan angket dan melakukan wawancara serta observasi pada manajemen PERSIJA EPA U-18. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komponen context sebesar 19,74%, komponen input sebesar 43,28%, komponen process sebesar 30,45% dan komponen product sebesar 6,53%. Kata kunci: Evaluasi Program, Manajemen, PERSIJA, EPA, U-18 EVALUATION OF MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF PERSIJA EPA U-18 *****ABSTRACT***** This study aims to evaluate the components of context, input, process, product of PERSIJA EPA U-18 management program. The research method used in this study is the evaluation research method with the CIPP model. The subjects of this study were the core management, coaches and athletes of PERSIJA EPA U-18. The research instrument used a questionnaire with components and indicators. The data collection technique used was distributing questionnaires and conducting interviews and observations on PERSIJA EPA U-18 management. The results of this study indicate that the context component is 19.74%, the input component is 43.28%, the process component is 30.45% and the product component is 6.53%.
