Abstract

ABSTRAK Qori Imamah,Hubungan Antara Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri dan Prestasi Belajar dengan Kesiapan Kerja Siswa Kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta. Skripsi. Jakarta, Program Studi Pendidikan Teknik Elektro, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Negeri Dosen Pembimbing: Dr. Soeprijanto, M.Pd dan Imam Arif R., MT Keberhasilan siswa dalam mencapai kesiapan kerja yang tinggi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, diantaranya pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Hubungan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja; (2) Hubungan antara prestasi belajar dengan kesiapan kerja; (3) Hubungan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dan prestasi belajar dengan kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode surve dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik sebanyak 55 siswa. Pengumpulan data variabel terikat menggunakan data kuestioner dan pengumpulan data variabel bebas yaitu dengan nilai rapot semester ganjil dan nilai PKL siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis, uji regresi sederhana, uji-t dan uji regresi ganda yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji linieritas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikansi 5% menunjukan bahwa: (1) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industri dengan kesiapan kerja, hasil pengujian thitung (3,02) > ttabel (2,00) dengan kontribusi sebesar 14,64%; (2) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara prestasi belajar dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, hasil pengujian thitung (2,16) > ttabel (2,00) dengan kontribusi sebesar 8,45%; (3) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara pengalaman praktik kerja industry dan prestasi belajar dengan kesiapan kerja siswa, hasil pengujian thitung (4,92) > ttabel (3,16) dengan kontribusi sebesar 15,20%; Kata kunci: Pengalaman Praktik Kerja Industri, Prestasi Belajar, Kesiapan Kerja Siswa ABSTRACT Qori Imamah, The Relationship Between Experiences of Industrial Work Practices and Learning Achievement with Work Readiness of Greade XI Students of Electrical Power Installation Techniques in SMK Negeri 5 Jakarta. Jakarta, Electrical Engeneering Education Study Program Faculty of Engeneering, State University Supervisor: Dr. Soeprijanto, M.Pd and Imam Arif., MT The success of students in achieving high work readiness influenced by several factors, including experience of industrial work practices and learnig achievement. This study aims to find out: (1) The relationship between industrial work experience with work readiness; (2) The relationship between learning achievement and work readiness; (3) The relationship between experience of industrial work practices and learning achievement with work readiness of student of class XI of Electrical Power Installation Engineering at State Vocational School 5 Jakarta. The research method used in this study uses a survey method with a correlational approach. The population in the study were 55 students of class X Electric Power Installation Engineering. The dependent variable data collection uses questionnaire data and the collction of independent variable data is the odd semester report card grades and student street vendor grades. The data analysis technique used is the hypothesis test, simple regression test, t-test and multiple regression tests that were previously performed prerequisite test analysis using the normality test and linearity test. The results showed that the hypothesis test with a significance level of 5% showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between the experience of industrial work practices with work readiness, the results of tcount test (3.02)> ttable (2.00) with a contribution of 14.64%; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning achievement and student work readiness, test results of tcount (2.16)> ttable (2.00) with a contribution of 8,45%; (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between industry work practice experience and learning achievement with student work readiness, the results of tcount (4,92.92)> ttable (3.16) with a contribution of 15.20%.
