Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk berupa E-Modul pada materi Bekerja di Ketinggian. Target pengguna dari produk ini adalah karyawan PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, yang akan mengakses E-Modul melalui platform LMS Smartfren, Sobat Pintar. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model 4D, yang melibatkan empat tahapan: Define, Design, Development and Disseminate. Evaluasi pengembangan E-Modul dilakukan melalui beberapa metode, termasuk wawancara dengan tiga ahli (ahli materi, media, dan desain pembelajaran) untuk mengumpulkan umpan balik terkait isi, desain, teknis, dan kesesuaian modul dengan tujuan pelatihan. Hasil wawancara digunakan untuk revisi dan penyempurnaan modul. Selain itu, evaluasi formatif dilakukan melalui uji coba One to One, Small Group, dan Field Test, dengan data dikumpulkan dari kuesioner serta pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur efektivitas modul. Validitas hasil uji coba mencapai 95.86% untuk One to One, 93.44% untuk Small Group, dan 95.31% untuk Field Test. Berdasarkan hasil evalufasi ini, produk E-Modul dinyatakan layak atau valid untuk digunakan sebagai media pelatihan. ***** This research resulted in the development of an E-Module for Working at Heights. The target users of this product are employees of PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, who will access the E-Module through Smartfren`s LMS platform, Sobat Pintar. The development model used was the 4D Model, which involves four stages: Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination. The evaluation of the E-Module development was conducted through several methods, including interviews with three experts (subject matter expert, media expert, and instructional design expert) to gather feedback on the content, design, technical aspects, and alignment of the module with the training objectives. The feedback from the interviews was used to revise and refine the module. Additionally, formative evaluations were conducted through One One, Small Group, and Field Test trials, with data collected from questionnaires as well as pre-tests and post-tests to measure the module's effectiveness. The validity results from the trials reached 95.86% for One to One, 93.44% for Small Group, and 95.31% for Field Test. Based on these evaluations, the E-Module was deemed feasible and valid for use as a training medium.
