Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa course site pada mata kuliah Pengantar Teknologi Informasi untuk mahasiswa umum. Pengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan Rapid Prototyping. Pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan melalui lima tahapan yaitu, Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, dan Install and Maintain System. Hasil pengembangan berupa course site mata kuliah Pengantar Teknologi Informasi yang diunggah pada platform MOOC UNJ (moocs.unj.ac.id). Teknik evaluasi pada pengembangan ini dengan pengkajian ahli (expert review) yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media menggunakan Skala Penilaian, serta uji coba pengguna one-to-one dan small group menggunakan Skala Guttman. Terdapat masukan seperti perbaikan assignment diubah tanpa submission, dah menjadi rubrik mandiri, perbaikan letak grafis menjadi konsisten, serta perbaikan format learning object. Hasil uji kelayakan dari ahli materi mendapat skor 95%, nilai tersebut dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil uji kelayakan dari ahli media mendapat skor 85%, nilai tersebut dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil uji pengguna secara one-to-one memperoleh skor 100%, dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil uji coba pengguna small group memperoleh skor 94% dikategorikan sangat baik. Hasil tahapan evaluasi menunjukan bahwa produk course site ini sudah dikembangkan dengan cara sistematis dan hasilnya baik, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada mata kuliah Pengantar Teknologi Informasi. *** This development research aims to develop an instructional media in the form of a course site for the Introduction to Information Technology course for general students. The development follows the Rapid Prototyping model, which consists of five stages: Assess Needs and Analyze Content, Set Objectives, Construct Prototype, Utilize Prototype, and Install and Maintain System. The resulting course site was published on the MOOC UNJ platforms (moocs.unj.ac.id). The evaluation technique involved expert reviews by subject matter and media experts using a Rating Scale, as well as user trials through one-to-one and small group testing using the Guttman Scale. Several improvements were made based on feedback, such as modifying assignments to be self-assessed using a rubric instead of requiring submission, ensuring graphic consistency, and refining the learning object format. The feasibility test results showed that the subject matter expert evaluation scored 95%, categorized as excellent; the media expert evaluation scored 85%, also categorized as excellent; the one-to-one user trial scored 100%, categorized as excellent; and the small group trial scored 94%, categorized as excellent. The evaluation results indicate that the course site has been systematically developed and is of high quality, making it suitable for use as an instructional medium in the Introduction to Information Technology course.
