Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menghasilkan komik sains digital berbasis case based learning sebagai media pembelajaran IPA untuk peserta didik kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SDN Manggarai 03 dengan melibatkan 34 peserta didik kelas V sebagai responden. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk akhir berupa komik sains digital. Uji validasi produk dilakukan dengan melibatkan tiga orang ahli validator dan uji coba produk dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahap dengan melibatkan peserta didik. Hasil uji validasi oleh ahli media memperoleh skor persentase sebesar 96,25%, ahli materi memperoleh skor persentase sebesar 89,06%, dan ahli bahasa memperoleh skor persentase sebesar 94,23%. Rata-rata skor persentase dari uji validasi ahli adalah 93,18% dengan kategori "sangat baik". Uji coba produk yang melibatkan peserta didik pada tahap one to one memperoleh skor persentase sebesar 93,33%, tahap small group memperoleh skor persentase sebesar 94,38%, dan tahap field test memperoleh skor persentase sebesar 90,76%. Rata-rata skor persentase yang diperoleh dari uji coba produk dengan peserta didik adalah 92,82%, yang juga termasuk dalam kategori "sangat baik". Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, komik sains digital berbasis case based learning dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran IPA di kelas V sekolah dasar. ***** This study aims to develop and produce a digital science comic based on case-based learning as a science learning medium for fifth-grade elementary school students. The research was conducted at SDN Manggarai 03, involving 34 fifth-grade elementary school students as respondents. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model, which consists of five stages: Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis. This study resulted in a final product in the form of a digital science comic. Product validation tests were conducted involving three expert validators, and product trials were carried out in three stages involving students. The results of the validation test by media experts showed a percentage score of 96,25%, material experts scored 89,06%, and language experts scored 94,23%. The average percentage score from the expert validation tests was 93,18%, categorized as "very good". Product trials involving students in the one-to-one stage obtained a percentage score of 93,33%, the small group stage scored 94,38%, and the field test stage scored 90,76%. The average percentage score obtained from the product trials with students was 92,82%, which is also categorized as "very good". Based on these findings, the digital science comic based on case-based learning is deemed suitable for use as a science learning medium for fifth-grade elementary school students.
