Abstract

Pengaruh Kualitas Laba dan Corporate Governance terhadap Efisiensi Investasi Perusahaan Sektor Infrastruktur, Utilitas, dan Transportasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016 – 2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas laba dan corporate governance yang dalam penelitian ini diwakilkan oleh board size, board meeting, dan female on board terhadap efisiensi investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan populasi perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, utilitas, dan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016 – 2018. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling maka didapatkan 78 jumlah observasi selama tiga tahun penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel untuk menguji keempat hipotesis dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% dan menggunakan eviews versi 10. Berdasarkan uji hasil analisis regresi data panel yang dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas laba berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap efisiensi investasi, board size dan board meeting tidak berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi investasi, sedangkan female on board berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap efisiensi investasi. The Influence of Corporate Social Resposibility Disclosures, Leverage, Firm Size against Investment Efficiency On Consumer Goods Industry Listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange at 2015-2017 This research aims to examine the effect of earnings quality, and corporate governance on investment efficiency. This research uses secondary data with infrastructure, utilities, and transportation listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016 - 2018 as the population. By using the purposive sampling method, as a results there are 78 total observations within 3 years of the study. This research is done by using multiple regression analysis to test the four hypotheses with a significance level of 5% through Eviews Version 10. Based on the results of data panel regression analysis, it can be concluded that earnings quality have a significant positive effect on investment efficiency, board size and board meeting have no effect on investment efficiency, meanwhile female on board have a significant negative effect on investment efficiency.
